This notice describes the processing of personal data connected with the B.R.I.C.I.V.E. project website – “Bridging Cultures and Identities: Gravina in Puglia and Leskovac towards a Shared European Future”.

The website has no contact forms and does not use analytics, advertising, Meta Pixel or profiling tools. It does not directly embed third-party social or video content. Standard technical navigation and security data generated by the server may be processed (for example IP address, request date and time, user agent and requested resource), only as necessary to operate and secure the service.
The language preference is stored exclusively on the user's device through localStorage, under the key bricive-lang. It is not transmitted for advertising or analytics purposes.
Project photographs and materials
The website publishes photographs and materials relating to B.R.I.C.I.V.E. activities for project information, communication and dissemination purposes. Requests concerning images or personal content may be addressed to the Data Controller.

Some sections contain links to third-party websites, including media outlets, video channels and social networks. Those services are not loaded into this page: third-party processing begins only when the user chooses to open the relevant link.
Purposes and legal basis
Strictly necessary technical data are processed to deliver and secure the website. Project content is published for institutional information and dissemination purposes connected with the CERV programme and cooperation activities between the territories involved.
Retention
Server technical data are kept for the period necessary for operational and security purposes according to the hosting provider's configuration. The language preference remains on the device until browser data are cleared.

Where applicable under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
